“Wow!” is always my first response when tasting Russ and Heather’s food. That’s why I am pleased to spotlight them for the month of August!

There are many facets to being a brilliant catering company. Two Cooks has them all…starting with delicious food, prepared with local and fresh ingredients (they actually have local farmers grow particular kinds of lettuce for my upcoming weddings!). As well as being a great chef, Russ is a very talented baker as well. Their food is always presented simply and beautifully, competitively priced, served by competent and friendly servers, and followed up by great customer service!

As a wedding designer, of course I strive to create the most gorgeous wedding aesthetically but equally important to me is customizing a menu that reflects who you are, where your wedding is taking place, and the family and friends surrounding you. I am so pleased that Two Cooks feels the same. They have truly mastered creating a one of a kind menu.
